About us
The idea for White Rain Consulting, LLC came while I was in graduate school working on my MBA. I began to realize that a lot of people needed help with their small businesses and couldn’t afford a large consulting firm. Taking an interest in strategy and business development, it became clear that helping others with their dreams is what I should be doing. We only succeed when our customers succeed, and every single one is important to us. Joe White, MBA
I was born and raised in West Boise and have roots that run deep in the Treasure Valley and northern Idaho. After high school I joined the Marine Corps as an Infantry Rifleman, and was stationed in Washington, D.C. and Twentynine-Palms, CA, deploying to Afghanistan in 2008 with 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines. This laid the foundation for my view on good and bad leadership, and set me on a path to become a better leader myself. After my time in the Marine Corps, I moved back to Boise and attended Boise State for my undergraduate degree, then a few years later went back for my Master’s of Business Administration in Management. Business and leadership is my passion, and helping those that need it the most is what drives me. I truly want to help those in the Treasure Valley and all over Idaho achieve their dreams and build their own slice of the American Dream.
